Though at times it can be stressful and feel overwhelming, it’s nice that the quotes, orders, and questions we answer are vastly different each day. I get a sense of accomplishment every day because I’m constantly learning something new and challenging. That, and the fact that the CSR team and management are unconditionally supportive, encouraging, and understanding on both a professional and personal level, but the two are always separated positively and healthily. That is a very rare thing to find in the professional world
