Q Is shipping and tax included in my order total?

Shipping and tax is not included in your order total. We will add that to the order before your credit card is processed. If you would like an estimated amount ahead of time, please let us know and we will be glad to provide you with an estimate.

Q Can I request a proof to view my order before it’s printed?

Absolutely! We will be happy to send you a virtual proof by email before your order is produced to make sure everything meets your standards.

Q What is the ordering process?

We have made the ordering process simple and easy for you! If you see something you like in our showroom you can purchase the item(s) directly from the promo or apparel section by filling out the form and adding the item to the cart. We have made the shopping experience even easier by adding a field to upload your artwork directly to the form. Once, the order process is complete you will receive an order confirmation. Your order should take 10-14 business days to produce. If you need a rush , contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Q What happens if there is an error with my order?

Safeguard strives to exceed your expectations and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an error with your order, please contact us immediately to ensure your issue is dealt with in a timely manner. All returns must be authorized by Safeguard. Once your return has been authorized, you will be issued a return label sent directly to you by email. Once you receive that label, place the incorrect items in the original box and affix the label to the outside of the box. You may give the box to a driver or return it to a drop off location. Your credit will be refunded once the package has been received. No returns can be issued if the product is returned without authorization by Safeguard.

Q What about extra charges? Setup? Proof?

Safeguard does not charge you “extras.” The price you are given is the price you are charged. There are no hidden fees to surprise you.

Q I’m looking for specific item in a size and color not offered on your website. Can you help me?

Absolutely! Send us a photo of the item you are looking for with any specific details not pictured in the photo and we will be glad to find just what you are looking for.
