The Customer Service Representative will be required to interact with customers by providing and processing information in response to orders, quotes, and concerns for fast paced office.
This is a Full Time job, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM *This is not a work from home position.
Job Duties
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Process orders and quotes.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer issues and
concerns.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Keep record of customer
interactions and transactions.

Compensation
- Annual base salary.
